Celery is a healthy snack to boost immunity and fight cancer.

Brocolli.

Mushroom
Although only a small percentage of mushrooms are toxic, some can be lethal. It's not worth it.

Onions
Onions can cause vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach pain to pets because onions are part of a family of plants called Allium, which is poisonous to our furry friends.

What do you mean, my email is not authorised. What should I do?

    ...

I will make bone broth. With beef soup bones and chicken feet. Then add brocoli, spinach, kale , carrots ,celery ,mustard and I think that I will add those when the broth is done (48 hours of cooking time ) and the bones discarded the broth is still very hot then I will use frozen veggies so that the goodness of the veggies is not killed by the cooking.
Are those veggies alright and do you know if there are more fruit or veggies that I could add?
