We Use a No-heat Cook Method to Maintain Product Quality
During manufacturing, we use a unique no-heat cooking method for our soft chews that ensure the quality and efficacy of all the ingredients we pack into our delicious treats is not compromised. This means that key ingredients we use like probiotics and glucosamine retain their original nutritional value and health benefits found in their raw form before going through the manufacturing process.
No-heat cooking is rare and not the normal standard when it comes to soft-chew manufacturing and gives our customers’ dogs treats that both taste delicious and actually work!
We say NO to PALM OIL.
While other companies tell you that using Palm Oil is very safe, there is not enough evidence to deem the product safe. Although palm oil is not poisonous to dogs, it does have a laxative effect and, if eaten, can cause sickness, diarrhoea, dehydration and, in extreme cases, pancreatitis.
We support the planet that we live in and will do everything in our power to preserve it.

- They release massive amounts of CO2 in the air as rainforests are cleared. Rainforests' soils hold about 45% of the world's terrestrial carbon, cutting them down is like releasing a carbon bomb.
- Palm oil plantations accelerate the rise in global temperatures (trees, especially old trees in primary rainforests, are the most efficient carbon absorbers in the world).
- They directly threaten 193 of the world's critically endangered and vulnerable animal species, including the sumatran and the bornean orangutan.
Because of these reasons we say NO to PALM OIL.
