A Christmas tree is the center of a holiday home. Setting it up with your dog would be glorious.

Granting that your dog won't mess up the place, but your best friend could save you some massive time helping you pick up the decorations.


See the Christmas Parade together.

If your dog is the adventurous type, then going to the city and experiencing all the loud noises and people from a parade would be fantastic. You get to see your dog excited, jumping up and down, and might even meet new friends!
